Create lesson plans and lead coaches to teach fundamentals of climbing and safety in the rock climbing for youth classes.

Oversee all aspects of our elementary programs——track and field in the spring, cross-country in the fall——including advertising, registration, logistics, curriculum development, training and moreOrganize practices and meets for over 450 kids
