- Work alongside Support Agents, parallel Escalated Support teams, and Developers across multiple product lines to identify, troubleshoot and resolve bugs and integrate platform enhancements- Champion in cross-team projects with multiple stakeholders- Apply intimate knowledge of query/monitoring applications (Splunk, Mode Analytics/SQL, BugSnag) and code competency (Ruby/Rails) to determine and prioritize resolution of engineering debt- Code submission for internal support tooling (RubyOnRails)- Point of contact for Engineering and Platform Support teams during active bug incidents and/or outages- Collaborate with Engineering and Technical Analysts to improve knowledge management processes for Technical Support (Guru, Zendesk, Slack, Github)- Reduce Domains integration engineering debt and maintained product health through root cause analysis and resolution of backend bugs

- Case driven troubleshooting of both internal and external platforms/integration- Specialization in backend (logging/server side) and front end (UI/Theme) support topics- Involvement in cross-team projects involving multiple stakeholders
