I’m a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher, fitness model, and creative storyteller armed with an iPhone, asana (the project management tool, not yoga posture) and a penchant for creative execution. My strengths include communication, operations, project management and community building. I work with internal and external stakeholders to see content projects through, from inception to execution, on time and within a set budget. I believe creativity is fostered in structure, which is why I use a highly organized approach to create content that shares the right message, with the right audience, via the right channels, at the right time. My yoga practice exists at the intersection of somatic movement and social justice. I teach yoga through a trauma-informed lens with an emphasis on understanding our body's relationship to stress and anxiety while navigating ways to regulate the central nervous system. In addition to advocating for wellness in all communities, including those often overlooked, I also reimagine what access and equity look like in the wellness industry and beyond.

Somewhere at the intersection of brand marketing, content marketing and community management is what I do. I ideate on how to build a deeper and longer lasting connection with consumers and then execute on everything from live events, digital marketing campaigns and social storytelling.
