I worked on Customer Service Desk mainly during this time where duties included refunds;online order processing and returns; challenge 25 rule; Processing Lottery Plays and Instant Prizes; Processing Newspaper deliveries and returns; cleaning and training colleagues using my expertise, I completed a Apprenticeship Intermediate Level 2 in Retail. I worked some days on Self Service where I approved or decline baggage alerts; challenge 25;replenishing stock during quiet times and using tannoy system to get tills open during busy times and Checkout where I served customers shopping; problem solved and helped pack shopping.

I used to work on a Cigarette Kiosk and cash up my own till float for next day trade. I replenished stock during quiet periods and did overtime until ASDA took over Netto
