Stephan Baker joined the Product Development Manufacturing Operations Team as Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst in October of 2023. Previously, he supported 777 and 777X in Service Ready Wing as an Operations Analyst with a primary focus on enablers and production health. He has 12 years with the Boeing Company and has held multiple roles including Operations Analyst supporting the 777X program, In-Tank Mechanic supporting the 777X program, Structures/CI-Refurb Team Lead supporting the 787 program, and a Structures Mechanic supporting the 787 program. Prior to Boeing, Stephan worked as a Logistics Supervisor for K&H Integrity Communications. He also worked at Aviation Technical Services as an Aircraft Mechanic specializing in cycle checks and interior restorations. Before starting his career in Aviation and Logistics, Stephan was a union commercial carpenter in the Greater Puget Sound area where he helped build numerous structures from fire stations to highway bridges. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from City University of Seattle and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree. He also carries an Advanced Composites certification and a CATIA modeling certification from Edmonds Community College.
