The real estate market has shifted! REO is withering on the vine except for the big government run REO programs like Fannie Mae and HUD, those agents appear to be getting the lion's share of the work. Intero Real Estate has a large presence in the Bay area and since over 65% of the buyers in the Penn Valley, Grass Valley and Nevada City areas are from the Bay area, I decided to make the leap to Intero. Intero is also leading edge as far as technology. I enjoy the mix of people up in this area as well. I am just looking down the road for the next ten years and I feel this is a great move for me to develop my business in this area.
