As the Coordinator of Technology and Innovation for Marietta City School District, I lead district-wide technology initiatives that improve efficiency, enhance teaching, and support student learning. I implement tools like Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps, and SharePoint to streamline processes and make day-to-day operations more effective for staff and administrators.My role includes training and supporting educators to confidently integrate technology into their classrooms, creating a tech-friendly culture that benefits both teachers and students. I work closely with curriculum teams to ensure our technology aligns with educational goals, helping to make the curriculum review and approval process smooth and effective.By using data to guide our technology choices, I ensure our initiatives make a meaningful impact and add real value to our district's mission. Every day, I focus on making technology accessible, purposeful, and easy to use across all levels of our schools.

As the Associate Director of Bands at Hillcrest High School, I supported the growth and success of the band program through both instructional leadership and operational management. I directed various ensembles, assisting students in developing their musical skills and preparing for performances and competitions. I also managed logistics for events, coordinated instrument maintenance, and assisted in program administration.

In my role as a Graduate Assistant with the Music Department, I provided essential administrative support and collaborated on technology initiatives within the department and across the campus. I served as the assistant conductor for the Symphonic Winds, supporting rehearsals and performances for the university’s top ensemble. Additionally, I coordinated content management for the department's website, ensuring that our online presence was up-to-date and engaging for students, faculty, and the community. This position allowed me to balance administrative responsibilities with creative contributions to both music and technology in education.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Auburn University Bands, I supported the program’s operations and development, managing logistics for events, and coordinating facility maintenance and upgrades to ensure our spaces met the needs of students and ensembles. I assisted with the Undergraduate Conducting course, helping students develop their conducting skills, and collaborated with the university’s premier ensemble, the Symphonic Winds. This role allowed me to combine my passion for music education with hands-on experience in teaching and program administration, contributing to the excellence of the Auburn Bands.
