Develop and manage a real estate brokerage company, including overseeing real estate activities by licensed agents. Oversee effective execution of marketing, negotiations, and transaction management for all real estate transactions. Manage office systems for budget development, revenue tracking, and monitoring all budget variances. Oversee the development and implementation of systems for sellers, buyers, lead generating, and database management. Served on Agent Leadership Council as technology committee head, a peer leadership board for top producing real estate office with over 250 brokers.

Provide courteous customer service while processing routine teller transactions, including deposits, check cashing, and issuing cashier’s checks. Manage and balance assigned cash drawer on a daily basis. Assess customer needs and recognize opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services accordingly. Assist with daily branch needs, including organizing, scheduling, supply and cash orders, and phone handling. Building relationships with banking clientele that provided opportunities to deepen the client relationship within the company.

Provide a positive shopping experience for customers through product knowledge and suggestive selling techniques. Ensure optimal service when ringing customer transactions, being accurate and thorough in handling cash, processing returns and exchanges in compliance with company policies. Receive and process incoming merchandise shipments, maintain stock levels on sales floor and visual merchandising standards per company guidelines.

Provide a positive shopping experience to customers while coaching sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques. Chief responsibilities were coordinating and executing monthly visual programs to company standards. Perform daily operations of opening and closing procedures and balancing cash registers. Assist store manager in supervising sales staff, training, scheduling, and semi-annual physical inventory procedures.
