Stephan (Coach Corky) Davis is the President and Executive Coach of Davis & Associates. Davis & Associates is a results-focused executive coaching, human resources, and board development services business. Coach Corky has provided executive coaching, human resources, organizational and board development technical assistance since 2004. This includes serving businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and churches. With more than 35 years of experience, Coach Corky has held key executive positions with two Fortune 500 companies. They include Dominion Resources (formally known as Consolidated Natural Gas) and Equitable Resources. He has served as the SVP & Chief Administrative Officer for The Y of Greater Pittsburgh for 14 years and served as the “resident HR expert” to Y’s in PA, SC, NC, KY, WV and Ohio. Currently, he is also active serving his church, Bible Center Church, as the resident HR expert and running several of the business operations within the church. Steve is the facilitator for OWN OUR OWN, teaching business entrepreneurship to prospective business owners starting a new business. He has helped to graduate over 55 businesses to date.Through the years, he has worked with clients in the energy, technology, housing, economic development, education, not-for-profit and faith-based sectors.
