• Build, implement, and maintain benefit configuration for existing & new clients. • Follow process for testing and verifying correct functionality of benefits and claims engine• Complete comprehensive data analysis of large sets of data, requiring pivot tables and VLOOKUP• Monitor department inbox to ensure requests are responded to or completed in a timely manner.• Lead projects involving IT testing, interdepartmental cooperation, and research• Participate in interviews to acquire new talent as well as training talent for success on the team

• Build, implement, and maintain benefit configuration for existing & new clients. • Follow a streamlined process for building, reviewing, & testing pharmacy groups prior to going live. • Document & store all applicable information pertaining to benefits. • Monitor department inbox to ensure work is accounted for & completed timely.• Lead projects involving testing to determine functionality of the system.

• Enter Prior Authorizations from the various fax queues for prescriptions and J-codes• Answer incoming calls from providers, members & pharmacies for multiple lines of business• Assist in resolution of issues related to pharmacy claims, benefit coverage, and prior authorizations• Participate in outreach calls for follow ups, information campaigns, and inquiries• Train and counsel new employees in the call center as a Certified Training Liaison (CTL)

• Answer calls from patients, doctor’s offices, and pharmacies. • Schedule deliveries of prescriptions for patients and resolve any shipping issues that occur• Route calls to different specialty hubs based on various specialty medications and diagnoses • Request refill for customers, input electronic prescriptions, and resolve 3rd party rejections.

• Take prescriptions by phone, fax, electronically, or hard copy. • Type & bill prescriptions to insurance, resolve billing problems, notify physicians/patients of any issues. • Count, fill, pour, & package various prescriptions.• Ring up prescriptions & OTC medications at POS register • Order product, stock medications, & audit the shelves. • Oversee & approve medication transfers, returns, & expire products. • Open & close the register, pharmacy, & the computers.
