- Performed the Program-/ Project manager role for the implementation of a regional Business Intelligence platform integrating CRM source data and customer segmentation data to analyze the Sales Force key Performance in 14 EEMEA markets for approximately 2500 users in close cooperation with Merck APAC delivery team.- Performed the Program-/ Project manager role for the implementation of a regional Business Intelligence platform integrating CRM, IMS national/sub-national sales, financial and local vendor sales to analyzing Marketing and Sales activities in Turkey, Russia and South Africa for approximately 1500 users.- Acted as a single point of accountability for all EEMEA Business Intelligence projects cross IT organization by fulfilling a key role in establishing a foundation for a continuous improvement by optimizing the BI regional landscape.- Managed to leverage the regional Sales & Marketing BI platforms and providing a standardized regional ad-hoc application to address the more detailed report requirements to make sure the EEMEA markets will be able to decommission their local reporting applications.- Highly contributed in defining the EMEAC BI roadmap by assessing the EEMEA market Analytical requirements to provide business accurate information, prioritizing on regional needs and align with global shared services processes and infrastructure.- Collaborated with the Enterprise Architecture and Business Architecture teams establish a global Business Intelligence & Analytic vision.- Contributed to the Merck IT GIC transformation by introducing the new GIC resources in the EMEA Analytics projects and Business Intelligence platforms, engaging them in discussions with stakeholders and partnership with colleagues from other organizations.- Keeping abreast of new development technologies (e.g. Big Data & Self Service tools, advanced Analytics, Mobile Analytics, etc.) and the development roadmaps to understand applicability to the business.

Managed team members and peers to apply best practices, and to implement standardized and streamlined work processes to increase effectiveness of delivery.- Handled and tracked EUCAN Solution Delivery Business Intelligence department related contracts, budgets and finance.
