- Design Thinking process experience by engagements in Life Science sector developing solutions for a digital "workplace of the future" and executing them by leveraging today's technology capabilities. First-hand experience of R&D environment including plant walkthroughs by being responsible for Immersion Phase, workshop execution, process modelling of comprehensive R&D process, LoFi-prototyping including user stories, as well as offshore coordination.- Member of team conducting a PoV on the usability of Semantic Search within the R&D environment. - Engagement in Life Science sector capturing Business Capabilities across R&D environment. Project Manager, coordination of different SMEs as well as modelling and analyzing business capabilities.- Supporting in global Account Management activities being responsible for contractual design (SoWs), resource/project planning and project calculations.- Internal business development leveraging the Design Thinking approach to different industries.
