I was hired on to help this store roll out a Quick Lane and oversee a small team of advisors. We are still in the early stages and are very succesfull. Our goals here are to be the top seling store in maintance needs and be number one across the board in overall Air filters, cabin filters and fuel Filters sold in the entire company.

I was the Express Service Advisor that handled most Maintance needs and a few major repairs with Clients that I have built good Repor with. I also took the initive to write up Used vehciles that arrived from auction and self Tranined myself in that process becasue the job needed to be done. I started there has a New Car Porter suppoting the Sales Staff and filled the position as one of the best Porters that Autobahn had ever seen as a new Car porter. Becasue of my success there I quickly moved up to be a Service Advisor for BMW and went through some intianl traning for ADP Drive there. After my traing had been completed I was an assisstant.
