Utilizing collaborative platforms such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Swift, Adobe Connect, and Intellink, I fostered cohesion among United States Army Reserve (USAR) and Army National Guard (ARNG) deploying units. I was pivotal in supporting the Operations Officer by managing operational and planning efforts and overseeing the operations and personnel involved in simulations. Collaborating with Booz Allen Hamilton, I facilitated diverse training objectives through live, virtual, constructive, and gaming simulation capabilities, delivering operationally relevant training events for the unit and mobilizing USAR and ARNG units. Notable achievements include spearheading a pre-deployment Combined Training Exercise for two National Guard and one Reserve Aviation Brigades, leading a team of ten personnel in revamping the exercise for increased effectiveness and employing simulation capabilities to enhance training objectives, resulting in a more immersive and realistic training environment for Guard and Reserve Aviation Brigades.

As Commander of the Aviation Support Company within the 127th Aviation Support Battalion, Combat Aviation Brigade, 1st Armored Division, I managed comprehensive aviation maintenance support for 112 aircraft across three Mission Design Series. Leading a team of over 400 Soldiers from 17 different Military Occupational Specialties, I oversaw the maintenance and accountability of 50+ vehicles and enforced supply discipline for equipment valued at over $30 million while prioritizing Soldier and Family welfare. Notable achievements include orchestrating 27 maintenance phases during deployment in Afghanistan and contributing significantly to the Brigade's mission of logging over 25,000 flight hours in support of the Ground Commander's Objectives. Additionally, I coordinated the successful intermodal movement of Aviation Brigades in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, ensuring the safe transportation of 79 helicopters and 150+ pieces of equipment valued at over $3 billion. Moreover, I facilitated a seamless transition in maintenance operations location amidst combat operations, ensuring uninterrupted flight operations and zero loss of maintenance capability for the Brigade.

As the Brigade Aviation Officer, I lead the Brigade Aviation Element and fulfill multiple critical roles within the Brigade Combat Team (BCT). My responsibilities include planning and synchronizing aviation assets into the BCT commander's ground strategy, standardizing the employment of unmanned aircraft systems, and providing expert advice on using reconnaissance, attack, air assault, air movement, sustainment, and medical evacuation assets. As the aviation subject matter expert, I advise the BCT commander and staff on all air asset status, capabilities, and limitations. I actively contribute to priority setting, allocation coordination, and employment strategies for these assets, including participation in targeting. During my tenure, I also served as the Chief of Operations, taking on the role during deployment in support of Operation Resolute Support. In this capacity, I oversaw the Joint Operations Center's efforts to integrate and synchronize all warfighting functions for the commander's operational success.

Aviation Observer/Controller/Trainer assigned to the Training Evaluation Division (TED) of the Brigade Modernization Command (BMC). Responsible for the evaluation of the 2/1 Armor Division Brigade Tactical Operations Center and the Brigade Aviation Element during Network Integration Evaluations (NIE)/ Army Warfighting Assessment (AWA) to provide feedback for the Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leader, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) report. Additionally, I served as the New Equipment Training (NET) Coordinator responsible for the daily execution of all NIE-related NET, including liaison with instructors, training location coordination, and daily Soldier attendance management. Serves as a Liaison Officer to 2/1 AD, providing a direct conduit from the brigade to all staff sections and divisions within the BMC. Responsible for the care, maintenance, and accountability of all team property.

As the Airspace Intelligence Officer for the 5th Battlefield Coordination Detachment, I not only directly supported the airspace requirements for the United States Army, Pacific Headquarters, but also demonstrated my leadership skills. I conducted joint liaison for the Army Forces (ARFOR) Commander to the Joint Force Air Component Commander (JFACC) in a designated Joint Operations Area (JOA), and served as the senior ARFOR Airspace liaison to the JFACC Airspace Control Authority in the Joint and Air Space Operations Center (JAOC). I supervised the airspace management cell consisting of four Soldiers, ensuring efficient coordination and deconfliction of airspace between JFACC and ARFOR. I also coordinated planned airspace control measures for the ARFOR, and ensured the inclusion of the Airspace Command and Control element in the Air Coordination Order (ACO). In addition to these leadership roles, I served as the unit expert and trainer for the Tactical Air Integration System (TAIS) Mission Command system in the United States Army Pacific, and as the unit Safety Officer and unit Family Readiness Group Liaison.
