As the Branch Manager I am leading a team of sales-, project- and service engineers responsible for the project handling of the DACH region. Through engineering companies, we also take over the responsibility for global projects. From quotation phase, contractual negotiation up to the complete project management including the commissioning, the focus is on customer satisfaction and efficient project handling to maximize the profit. Customer Centric Selling compared with a strong target orientated lean project management is the key to our success.As a specialist for customized high-end solutions I develop individual solutions around our product range together with our customers from Midstream and Downstream at the Oil and Gas industry, Nuclear Power Plants and Process Industry. This can be real mechanical solutions from our process safety and valve operation products. The specialty is to combine the mechanics with electronics on industry standards. This implements full integrated systems into the process control system of the plant as well as standalone solutions.In addition to a detailed project calculation during the quotation phase I am also responsible for all the commercial aspects. Therefore, clear definitions of the interfaces are required to bring the projects to technical and commercial success.
