Services included lab infrastructures and equipment, provisioning of lab material and supplies, automation of lab data and processes, maintenance.Main achievement:- the integration of lab services (processes, roles and responsibilities, organization, quality requirements, governance) after the merge between GSK and Novartis Vaccines units in Belgium and Italy - the selection of a service provider to get lab operations effective in a completely new R&D center in the US.On top of my role I have been trainer for new comers to present the R&D organization and main processes; I also trained employees and managers to the new performance evaluation system.I was the R&D representative at the Work Council, CPPT and crisis management team in close interaction with unions reps.
