It is with a lot of excitement that I enter this field of business as co-founder of Compliance and Collateral Examination Services. My BA and MBA degrees in Business have provided a solid background for understanding the metrics that form the underpinnings of business lending. First, I am excited to work with my twin brother, Martin, who has over 30 years’ experience in the asset based lending industry. We work very well together and have often talked about how to enhance our individual talents and business experiences toward a collaborative effort in providing an efficient, accurate, and cost effective service in the finance environment.I am also excited to use my skills in data analytics. Much of my business experience in commercial real estate has involved extensive use of taking raw data from various sources to extract information useful for analysis in projects that I have worked on. Whether the goal is static data accumulation, analytical programming and decision making, or for descriptive purposes; manipulating data has been part and parcel to what I have always done and enjoyed doing.Outside of work I enjoy being with family, camping, fly fishing, sailing, snow skiing, traveling, or just spending time with friends sitting around the fire pit.
