At this time, my responsibilities as a Projetc Management supervisor consist in planning, managing, following up, and supervising activities of my team made up of project managers and project coordinators to ensure that project financials are met. I provide excellent customer service, by meeting customer needs and product quality, while remaining profitable. I also provide support, motivation, and focus efforts towards achieving company, as well as personal objectives. I equally analyze results inherent to my sector and take the necessary corrective measures when needed.

My duties at this time consist in managing several complex projects simultaneously, while directing and coordinating engineering, workshop, purchasing, production, quality assurance, and commissioning activities while ensuring deadlines, cost and product quality. My work also includes cost analysis and a weekly follow-up, while ensuring order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

CDI-Aerospace provides a full range of consultative, design, engineering, outsourcing and staffing solutions to the commercial / military aerospace and satellite industries.AIRBUS A380-800 (Landing Gear Bay Work package) AIRBUS A380-800 Freighter (Cockpit Work package) My position at CDI consists of managing human, financial and operational resources with the objective of satisfying our contractual obligations for the A380-800 while ensuring the overall profitability of the project. It is worth specifying that the A380 is the biggest aircraft ever to be built in the world. I also act as the primary contact for questions regarding scheduling, budget and the overall tracking of the project. Furthermore, I am responsible for good working relations with our customer while ensuring to meet all of the established business objectives.Moreover, with CDI Aerospace acting as a sub-contractor for AIRBUS France, I had the responsibility to deploy a team of 15 engineers during the common design phase. Our primary task is to redesign the new A380-800 Freighter. Furthermore, to establish confidence with our customer, I had the opportunity to go and work on-site in France at AIRBUS’ facilities. My mandate at the time was to present the various management tools that were going to be used throughout the project. This experience permitted me to acquire a precious comprehension of business relations between a sub-contractor and its’ customer.

CAE is a world leader in the design and manufacturing of simulators destined for training civil aviation and defense forces world wide.VISUAL PROGRAM MANAGEMENTThe Eurofighter program was, at thistime the most prestigious visual project that CAE has been attributed. Le total value of this contract is more than 200 million dollars and is spread out over a 10 years period. The various deliverables for this contract include: the production of 18 Full Mission Simulators (360° field of view domes) illuminated by 13 projectors and 4 target projectors (unique in the world) , as well as, 10 CT/IPS(e) which are illuminated by 5 projectors. The complexity of this project is in the architectural configuration along with the optical visualization systems required for the dome.
