For more than 15 years at JRS, I have been first responsible for the market of various sectors in which I have been able to acquire not only technical skills but also commercial: plastics and rubber, building chemistry, plant health, detergence, road construction, enzymes.More recently, and in view of the plurality and cross-cutting of the fields covered over the years, I became responsible for innovation / Business Development consisting of the search for new markets (e.g. agriculture, adhesives...), new applications, new products in close relation with the research and development centers of our customers or prospects and also with the laboratory of the JRS group. It is important in this function to know how to prioritize one's actions, to synthesize information and to take advantage of the cross-cutting between different services, people and skills.At the same time, I am responsible for the Home and Personal Care divisions within the company as well as the building chemistry division (management of large accounts and distributors) for the French and Maghreb markets. As of 01.11.2019, I am also responsible for the development of the pharmaceutical sector (JRS Pharma) and also food applications in the Maghreb countries (Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia)
