Stephan E. Edgar, President, is a Certified Property Manager (CPM). He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Stephen F. Austin University. Mr. Edgar is past President of the Houston Chapter of The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as well as past Regional Vice President for IREM. In addition to serving numerous positions including President in the Houston Chapter of CAI (Community Associations Institute) he is currently an educator and trainer in the association management field.
