We offer members competitive insurance products such as auto, homeowners and watercraft insurance, travel discounts, financial products/services and so much more.• Manage a team of nine full time employees to support the regional Human Resources activities associated with 1600 AAA employees covering three states.• Coordinate all activities related to employee relations to ensure employee engagement and turnover initiatives are achieved. This includes investigations, responding to agency charges, and employee satisfaction initiatives.• Coach leaders and executives in all areas of employee relations.• Manage all recruiting activities for corporate, sales and call center positions in a growth market demanding high volume recruiting expectations.• Support benefits administration and payroll for all employees in regional market.• Serve on compensation committee to develop, implement and monitor effectiveness of compensation plans.• Design and implement performance management and succession planning initiatives to ensure organizational effectiveness.• Coordinate performance management programs to include annual appraisal process, rewards and recognition, leadership development and high potential programs.• Lead training activities to support employee development and legal compliance.
