Senior Project Manager – Ey Technology - Emeia - Finance Portfolio
CurrentAccountable for end-to-end delivery of the Finance EMEIA IT projects. Ensure projects are managed to scope, time and budget. Validate that solutions meet security baselines prior to production deployment. • Manage simultaneously multiple projects of different sizes. Lead minor projects such as product upgrades (payroll system, vendor invoicing system, dunning system, system interfaces, ETL tool). • Delivered also major & complex HR & Finance transformation projects (involving multiple stakeholders, multiple dependencies and/or numerous countries) such as the implementation of an offshore Shared Service Center in Poland, the redefinition of all Finance processes for the combined EY/KMPG entity in Denmark, or the adaptation of all Finance tools to answer the European Union SEPA payment integration initiative • Coordinated multiple InfoSec certification reviews including 3rd party vendors assessment (for solutions hosted either on premise or off premise / SAAS)
