- Plan, supervise and coordinate events, programs, and activities from start to finish.- Managing events for the City such as the Summer Concert Series, Downriver Dream Cruise, and Art in the Park.- Work with community organizations, groups, and citizens to promote recreation programs and events.- Managing social media for the Parks and Recreation Department- Plan events for the Lincoln Park Downtown Development Authority such as the Chocolate Walk, Cinco de Mayo Festival and Holiday Tree Lighting

- Research, cultivate and oversee concerts and events at “The Hawk” Farmington Hills Community Center’s 768-seat Theatre and adjacent Blackbox, the summer concert series at Heritage Park, and other concerts and events at other facilities. Planned 80 concerts in my time of working here.- Research performers, speakers and musical groups for concerts- Writing engaging and creative event copy to be used on the website, in ads and promotional materials.- Managing all event logistics, including ticket software management, oversee set-up and break-down, assist with technical setup. Assist with marketing strategies and efforts for each event.- Assist with managing volunteers and other part time staff members with assignments and scheduling.

- Developing and planning the summer, fall and spring events- Creating monthly emails in conjunction with MailChimp - Planning fundraising events and contacting perspective and established donors. Raised over $30,000 in my time of working here.- Creating engaging social media posts to increase brand awareness

- Conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions with kindergarten through 3rd grade students using scripted, evidence-based literacy interventions- Developing and maintaining a weekly tutoring schedule for students which maximizes the number of students served and maximizes the weekly dosage of 20-minute reading tutoring sessions for each child- Participate in coaching sessions; acts on constructive feedback from coaching sessions.

- Scheduled and coordinated appointments for the 3 salespeople- Greeted customers and determined to whom and when they could speak with the salespeople- Bookkeeping, record keeping, managing flooring samples- Inputting orders in the RFMS Management System

- Booking, planning and managing 21 educational events for the festival- Building connections with community organizations and sponsors- Associate Producing the Stories from the Top Podcast
