Locals Seafood is a seafood processing and distribution company that has retail markets and restaurants. I originally worked for them at their restaurant, and had been promoted as the Hiring and Training Manager, which is a role that they had created for me. I design and lead hiring and training procedures for this growing company, while also assisting in warehouse operations, compliance with their food safety HACCP program, benefits management, human resources, private and public events, invoicing, retail customer support, and I have helped improve and maintain their data reporting.

Saltwaterfish.com is an e-commerce company that focuses on selling aquarium fish. I was a remote bookkeeper for them. My main responsibilities were bill payment, payroll, categorizing transactions, and reconciling.

This restaurant was a popular spot for large events, and was therefore very busy during the holiday season.
