I am thrilled and overjoyed today. After 8 short months at Robert Half, I have been promoted to Practice Director for our Administrative & Customer Support, Contract Team!Where to begin… before starting with Robert Half, I made it clear that I was looking for a company with growth potential, and that I wanted to be in management and dig in my roots for the long run. From Day 1 I was having daily/ weekly conversations with my manager about my career goals & where I wanted to go within the company. By my 6th week, I was enrolled in our Practice Director Readiness Training. Being the newest member of the group at just a short 6 week tenure, made me feel not only privileged but honored that my manager saw so much in me in such a short time.Thank you to everyone at Robert Half that has supported me since the beginning. This company is truly incredible & I am so honored to be apart of this team. A special shout out goes to my managers, Mike and Brent- thank you for continuing to motivate, support and encourage me on a daily basis. Well, it has been an exciting journey with Randstad as a Staffing Consultant, however I have decided to peruse another opportunity. I would like to thank the Randstad team for their ongoing support! I am thrilled to be joining Robert Half in the New Year, where I will be contributing to their team as a Senior Associate. I can’t wait to grow and learn during this new chapter in my life!
