I grew up in Minnesota, surrounded by snow in the winter and lakes in the summer. Now I live more than 4,000 miles away in France, working for a company from my own backyard: Ecolab. Like many people, I knew the name without really knowing what the company was about. It took me a while to understand the complexity that comes with a B2B business, and I’m still learning more every day, but the company’s core purpose – helping to make the world cleaner, safer, healthier - made me feel like I was contributing to something important from day one. Before landing at Ecolab, I attended Emlyon Business School where I received my MBA. Having started my career fresh out of college at an agency back in Minneapolis, I was curious about the other side of content creation. I figured I’d give business school a go – and gain a bit of international work experience while I was at it. Since then, I've been lucky to travel to places I never imagined, meet and work with some of the most interesting, inspiring people. Over the last five years, I've held a few different roles, moving most recently from Communications to Marketing. I’m a passionate content creator and firm believer in the power of storytelling.
