As the Founder and Content Creator of Anushka, Stephanie defines the organizational vision, builds relationships with potential collaborators, and leads a team of 12 passionate individuals at Anushka. She has also created more than 50 posts on social issues related to Covid-19.

Stephanie, as an Expert Staff of the Empowerment of the Organizational Apparatus Bureau at Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa FISIP Universitas Brawijaya 2023, was responsible for monitoring and evaluating functionaries, creating Performance Appraisal and Evaluations for The Ministry of Social and Environment's Staffs, and The Ministry of Art and Culture's Staffs. Additionally, she contributed to planning out 5 events that are beneficial for the recruitment and training aspects.Enviroment's Staffs and The Ministry of Art and Culture's Staffs. Aditionally, she also contributes on planing out 5 events that is beneficial for the recruitment and training aspects.

Under the role of Project Leader for BEM FISIP UB 2023’s Intern Staff Recruitment, Stephanie works as the head coordinator and is responsible of establishing external relations.

Stephanie was a part of the Creative Division at MiXth Event Organizer in 2023. She conducted research on similar past activities held within the Malang region, helped conceptualize and creatively directed four events, and created briefs and guidelines for more than 30 collaborators.
