I also supervise leasing and marketing consultants, making sure their work aligns with our property goals, while managing the marketing schedule to boost tenant engagement and occupancy rates.

As a Leasing and Marketing Consultant, I take charge of the leasing process and boost property visibility with targeted marketing strategies. My role involves crafting compelling marketing materials, organizing engaging property events, and actively managing our social media presence. I’ll also build strong relationships with local vendors and businesses to foster collaboration and ensure smooth property maintenance. I am also preparing move-in baskets, fluffing/sparkling units prior to moving, and completing all of the necessary task to get an application approved.
