Sorting photo negatives and cataloging information about each negative into an Excel spreadsheet to create a database using FileMaker Pro. Digitizing various media (technical publications, photos, newspapers, etc.) and uploading to shared servers.Custom printing and assembly of publications (new hire binders, manuals, booklets, posters, notebooks). Reviewing digital documents to ensuring proper style/format, correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Using various programs (Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint) for duplex printing of documents using a Xerox high-capacity printer. Sometimes using specialized paper for printing (different weights of cardstock, glossy paper, printing directly onto tabbed dividers). Binding documents using various methods including spiral binding, comb plastic binding, Velobind strip binders using the corresponding equipment and/or specialty paper for each type of binding and then distributing finalized product to the customer.
