Secondment to Seaway 7, working on Seagreen OWF EPCI project.

Responsibilities:• Management of all aspects of cost control of assigned projects including forecasting and commitment tracking of man-hours, procurement activities and vessel operations• Assisting Project Manager and Project Team with advice and support on the financial management of their projects• Preparation of monthly financial forecasts and sensitivity analysis for assigned projects • Analysing variances from as-bid financials, providing a detailed examination of a project's financial status at the monthly project status review meetings with senior management• Preparation of month-end reporting• Preparation of monthly cash flows• Preparation and issuing of all project invoices

Responsibilities:• Preparing and issuing the Weekly Management Report to Shareholders and the Leadership Team• Providing deliverables under time constraints during the Reforecast and Business Plan Cycles, such as the construction of presentations for Board and Executive Committee meetings • Monthly cost and variance analysis, including producing the Monthly Forecasting Accuracy Pack, involving the preparation and consolidation of data and using Think Cell to construct charts for presentation purposes • Running reports in Palantir Cash and using the reports to run economics and calculate the payback periods for capital investment projects • Working with the Commercial Team to update the company’s Infrastructure Code of Practice, interacting with personnel on all levels across the business • Leading the recruitment and training of the replacement Placement Student• Supporting the Planning Team by undertaking ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Responsibilities:• Worked as part of the HSE Team and also provided support to the Supply Chain function• Gained exposure to UK legislation, licence liabilities, contract law and contract management• Managed the Synergi system, ensuring that all actions were closed out in a timely manner • Managed the Healthy Working Lives programme onshore • Compilation of competency matrices, creation and analysis of data and construction of emergency procedure flowcharts using Microsoft Visio
