I have been providing supply staff to schools for approximately 4 years now as an education recruitment consultant who specialises in SEN. Previously to working in recruitment, I have worked for over 12 years in SEN and healthcare roles after completing my Batchelor of Arts Degree in Early childhood studies at Teesside University. I have a wide range of experience of supporting with age categories from 6 months up to the elderly.I have a particular passion for SEN and like to use my knowledge and expertise from been in the field in order to support schools find the staff who are passionate about making a difference to a child's life and supporting them with their learning journeys.
