This involved gathering the necessary data and ensuring that it was formatted and processed appropriately for accurate reporting purposes. Hired to develop and expand the role of the MSP Administration area to provide increased operational support to the Servicing business units in CA & TX. This included subject matter expertise & guidance in the use of the ICE/Black Knight systems: Mortgage Servicing Package (MSP) & Director platform and the LoanSphere products(Bankruptcy & Foreclosure, and Invoice Management).Key Areas of Responsibility:• Responsible for providing leadership to ensure alignment of business solutions to company strategy in all projects related to the Servicing systems.• Directed the controls for all mortgage servicing systems, year-end reporting operations, and Customer Communication Management (CCM), ensuring that the servicing systems were used effectively and that data integrity was preserved.Key Accomplishments:• Led the implementation and outsourcing to new Property Tax vendor.• Upgraded the 3rd party provided Borrower Web Site, and included new platform for the acceptance of mortgage payments• Added additional data extract for Invoice Management• Hired a new Security Specialist to implement increased controls and audits across the Servicing Platform.
