Research, investigate and verify application records by phone, computer, email, online services or fax for client companies according to their specification. This includes but not limited to: Job Records School Records Professional licenses Professional and/or personal references Review file for 100% accuracyReview client policy for proper verification processingDocument information received by phone, computer or fax according to company and client policies.Provide information in appropriate file.Contact applicants/ clients/ Client Relations in order to obtain missing information per client policy.Ensure that every file contains that appropriate authorization form. Ensure all company monies spent to verify utilizing third party services are recognized and recoupedEnsure each file is completed accurately and completely according to the timeframe required.Note each file, through completion and verification process/ procedure from school and employers and submit into the department database.Respond to Clients, applicants, and internal team by phone and/or email within one working hourMaintain minimum department standards for performance (assigned by account/client expectations)Maintain Integrity and Confidentiality (to include security of applicant PII)Correct any reported errors or inaccuracies Other duties as assigned

Provide excellent guest service.Frequent communication with General Manager regarding unit performance, guest concerns, and team member concernsResponsible for assisting in the enforcement of operation policies and procedures, including cash control, inventory, invoices,safety, dress code, and equipment maintenance.Responsible for the management of labor costs to meet targets during assigned shift.Follow all state, federal, and local labor laws including minor labor lawsAssist in maintaining a facility that meets all safety standards, food service safety standards, local and state mandated safety requirements.
