As a Senior Tenant Researcher, my duties included:- Analyse and update both historical and current tenant and property data across all markets in the UK.- Utilise the Land Registry Government portal to extract leasing information, sale and ownership information. - Create investment sale comparable for £1M+ deals in the UK. - Aid clients in specific research requests and queries on market data.- Liaise with the software development team to continuously improve the research and analytical tools.- Closely following economic, investment and real estate news to gain a better understanding of the UK markets and to reflect any real estate movement in the product, real time.
