Consumer Loan Servicer
CurrentTroubleshoot and resolve member, internal and vendor inquiries across multiple platforms in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.Use of judgement when assisting members who contest fees, payments, various documents, delinquencies, insurance requirements, and forced placed insurance. Handle loan servicing tasks proficiently, including rate changes, payment corrections, issuing and posting loan payoffs, investor reporting and, loan amortization schedules, and loan modifications, and accurately processing consumer and mortgage lending-related payments in a timely manner.Communicate with other departments to resolve errors, research credit union guidelines and procedures, and ensure the satisfactorily completion of task.Prepare SOPs and instructional materials for cross-training, group presentations, and memorializing processes or procedures.Create memo, corporate, and loan package documents.Formulate documents using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and fillable PDFs.Process essential documentation with skill, such as lien releases, titles, subordinations, paid-in-full letters, and third-party requests.Effectively monitors and manages the tracking on all active collateral loans, recorded documents, current property policies, and release paid in full loans.Responsible for preparing and reviewing the reports from outside vendors and maintaining their accuracy. Monitor and reconciled assigned g/ls, invoices, reports, spreadsheets, and work queues.Develop processes that prevent wasting credit union resources, save time, and eliminate confusion.Closely support senior management for other consumer and mortgage lending and servicing assignments.Independently seek training, resource tools, and educational courses to enhance skill level.
