My role at Printery has been an evolution over the past seven years as I cross-trained throughout the company. I started out as the digital press operator and pre-press graphic designer. Then, grew into a senior graphic designer and digital production supervisor in 2015. Currently, I perform as a senior designer, account manager and wide format print production manager.• Collaborate with team members to guide production schedule, meeting ever changing priorities.• Juggle multiple tasks by prioritizing and managing time appropriately.• Manage projects through every stage: estimating, design, revision, approval, pre-press and production.• Provide digital production supervision, solving problems and offering support as needed: customer liaison, quality control, color matching, logistical planning, parts and consumable supply chain, Xerox ColorPress mechanical & software troubleshooting, bindery/finishing.• Design original pieces and determine how best to represent a concept visually.• Maintain brand consistency throughout marketing projects: Go-to designer for JDRF Piedmont Triad Chapter and Wicked Taco, and lead re-branding designer for Zesto and J&S Cafeteria.• Work with printing partner companies to execute client job requests beyond Prinery’s scope. • Continually offering new ideas to boost productivity, improve accuracy and satisfy customers.

• Communicate with clients to create shot list, determine aesthetic style, negotiate pricing, and set deadlines.• Obtain the product, necessary props and equipment, and stage the shoot. Depending on the job the shoot takes place in studio or in the field. • Manually optimize camera and lighting to present the product in an accurate andappealing way—according to client specifications.• Edit photos post-production, prepare for a variety of end uses and deliver finished images on time.• Managing the finances and operations of a small business.

• Founding board member of the AIGA Triad NC Chapter.• Create event outline for upcoming year, fine-tuning details based on the established timeline.• Coordinate event details for speakers, venues, food and promotion.• Work with treasurer to establish and meet budgets for events, arranged sponsorship as needed.• Manage Volunteers from sign-up through event completion.

• Design graphics to create appealing merchandise, advertisements, and web content. • Optimize imagery and develop page layouts producing a visually interesting Market Publication.• Collaborate with the Hand-to-Hand team to organize, promote and execute a unique retail experience.

• Plan logistical details such as meeting room set up, audio/visual aids, transportation,hotel accommodations, and meals for corporate conferences ranging from 25–55 people.• Monitor timelines before and during the conference to ensure targets are met.• Oversee production of all printed materials and keep inventory of visual aids, and tablets.• Act as administrator for conference specific social media network.
