Drafted key messages for the bank and individual Business Units, especially the Consumer Clients division. Developed annual budget for HK activities and ensured budget was met. As part of Senior Management Team, analyzed and synthesized all internal and public relations issues within all business areas; managed team of four.• External Communications: Advised on all Corporate Social Responsibility efforts such as employee volunteering and corporate philanthropy. Coordinated the bank’s 100th Anniversary celebration “Life in Hong Kong” in 2006. This year-long campaign incorporated a strong internal communication program, involvement with the local community through a selected charity, employee volunteering, press receptions, marketing collateral and outdoor advertising. Organized & coordinated all community relations events such as the English Project for Teens & soccer games for the learning disabled. • Employee Engagement/Internal Communications: Led and executed local communication plans. Managed all messaging for various communication channels – face-to-face, press, newsletters, and Web site. Organized all-employee quarterly results presentations; oversaw all local events such as investor conferences, client entertainment functions and dinner with President of the Philippines. Spearheaded annual Rewards and Recognition program; managed local communications strategy for annual global employee survey; developed first ever brochure for Commercial Clients department. • Employee Engagement/Internal Communications: Initiated the first ever Community Investment Committee by influencing senior management to formalize a corporate volunteer program. Supported bank’s Sustainable Development agenda for Asia. Developed first newsletter specifically for Asia. Wrote content for intranet & researched and drafted senior management speeches. • Event Management & Sponsorship: Managed events for all parts of the bank ranging from investor conferences, seminars, and press events to client entertainment cocktails, delegation visits, and wine-tasting dinners throughout Asia. Overall project manager for the Asian leg of a global arts sponsorship in Shanghai & Singapore in 2003/04 and Seoul in 2005. Project led all internal events such as quarterly results presentations, offsites and regular staff Happy Hours.

• Event Management: Managed Cartoon Network licensed events from creation, to planning to implementation for North Asia. Responsible for overall project including budgets, legal, retail, creative, PR, marketing and brand assurance. Ensured that events adhered to global brand guidelines and license agreement and all corporate policy requests. Liaised and coordinated all aspects of the event and communication between client and event management company. Successfully implemented 2 events – one in Hong Kong and one in the Philippines. • Business Development: Positioned to meet revenue targets for the region by partnering with suitable clients to increase brand awareness of Cartoon Network properties. Focused on selling events to support network, retail and promotional activities. Sold one event to large HK conglomerate integrating ad sales, retail and creative services.

• Business Development: Initiated and developed new business opportunities with select multinationals such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, BNP Paribas and Deutsche Bank. Met aggressive sales targets by targeting new sectors. In 2002, generated an additional USD1.2M in annual revenue. Drove awareness of Jack Morton’s event management capabilities through networking opportunities and aggressively building contacts.• Account Management: Strengthened existing relationships with clients; cross-sold new products and grew accounts across various media - meetings and events; video; digital media; environments; learning; print and graphics. Ensured Solution Sheets were produced after each project. Promoted Hong Kong office to other international offices and head office. Tailored presentation materials to meet individual needs of prospective clients. • Communications Skills: Researched and wrote proposals and pitches with team; ensured all aspects of the brief were met; presented creative strategic solutions and follow-up. • Team Building: Worked closely with Production and Creative teams to ensure that resources were adequately allocated to each project to meet quality standards.
