Stephanie is an experienced, strategic executive with financial services experience in Corporate Treasury, Corporate Finance, and Commercial Banking. She has twenty years of experience in financial services, including strategy, business operations, accounting, forecasting, reporting, profitability and analytics. Additionally, she is a collaborative and respected leader, with the ability to build, develop, and retain a successful and talented team.Currently, she serves as a Managing Director and COO for Global Commercial Banking at Bank of America, including:* Business Controls and Operational Risk* Sales and Technology Enablement, including sales tools, digital adoption, and employee readiness* Business Integration and client migration* Change management, process design, and technology platform management* Client data and analytics, including key performance indicator measurement* Business operations, including executive support, large scale meeting planning and strategy implementation. Prior this this, she spent several years acting as the CFO for Global Commercial Banking within Bank of America. She has extensive knowledge of commercial banking, capital markets, and corporate treasury. She earned a BSBA in Accounting and a Masters of Accounting from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She serves as a board member for the Children’s Theatre of Charlotte.
