People Operations Coordinator
Current· Facilitate onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and exiting employees· Serve as the first point of contact for People Operations requests· Prepare biweekly payroll for Controller's review; Respond to questions regarding payroll and time & attendance platform; Ensure all timesheets are submitted accurately and approved in a timely manner· Update and maintain people systems and employee files to ensure data integrity; Assist with audits, changes, and reporting· Provide administrative support to People Operations team; Collaborate with HR Director to identify, recommend, and implement new HR processes
