Hudson is a global recruitment and talent management firm. I was brought in on an interim contract to coach the management team on operational performance and getting the best out of team members.

I was a Director of the Sales & Marketing division of Hudson Melbourne for a period of 10 months before relocating back to the UK with my family and husbands work. I managed a division of 16 staff and a budget of $4 million. During an economically turbulent time in Australia the role required strong leadership skills and an investment in training & development of staff.

Led the Accounting & Finance division of LINK Melbourne which then integrated with Randstad.I managed a team 17 staff and was responsible for financial performance. I was also the National Lead for the Accounting & Finance divisions, ensuring continuity and collaboration across states.Responsible for providing integration support to the NSW General Manager during the Link / Randstad integration. Specifically involved in desk analysis of existing consultants, training consultants on running a temporary desk, ensuring best practice processes were followed, and hiring new consultants for the team.
