CurrentCurrently supporting business office functions for two contracts located at Kennedy Space Center, FL. • Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision and performance support. Proficient in data mining methods, extracting relevant information for reports and presentations.• Pull and package weekly budget variance reports and details reports with breakdowns by element of cost supporting multiple management and/or divisions.• Run and analyze weekly project status reports to ensure costs are being captured and reported correctly for use in billing and or receivables. • Assist in the data mining and reporting of key program deliverables on monthly and quarterly basis. • Perform weekly journal entries to allocate and/or correct cost to proper project and/or account.• Created bottoms-up budget with strict guidelines and timetables, ensuring costs (labor and other direct costs) were minimized by 10% for multiple divisions. • Assist in monitoring and updating task order actuals, process new task order and project setup and perform pricing validation prior to submittal to customer.• Run weekly subcontractor labor reporting for two contracts with a total of eight (8) subcontractors. • Perform daily timesheet reports to capture default timesheet charge (DTC) reporting and update with correct project to update charges. • Monitor timesheet charges and work with employees to ensure correct project and/or pay types are entered on timesheet.• Monitor and perform annual audit for corporate fixed/capital assets located at Kennedy Space Center. Process excess/disposal requests and update fixed asset listing with corporate. • Developed and implemented process and documents to assist in reporting items for excess and for removal/disposal. • Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of registration renewals for company owned fleet vehicles and validation of insurance for fleet.
