As the coordinator for the Language Proficiency Index (LPI) Test, I was in charge of coordinating every aspect of the test for thousands of test takers at institutions across Canada. My duties include:• Creating and revising test schedules and budgets in consultation with test centres to optimize test sittings to meet forecasted demand and targets in their region.• Ensuring that test centres follow up with changes and improvements as a result of security and operational audits.• Monitoring the test delivery process at test centres on an ongoing basis to ensure that test delivery procedures and policies are adhered to. • Refining operational and administrative policies and procedures for effective delivery of the LPI Test for hundreds of test takers Canada-wide.• Maintaining strong working relationships with institutions and test centre personnel. • Managing all operations of test administration include file and case management, assembly of test packages, and accurately processing a high volume of data within tight deadlines.
