I currently work with a portfolio of hotels, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, and Holiday Inn Express. My duties entail weekly or bi-weekly revenue strategy calls, where I consult with my hotel teams to maximize on revenue. During these calls we review forecast versus hotel budgets for a minimum of 3 months out, rate recommendations for 50 weeks out, as well as length of stay restrictions, and discounts. In between calls I maintain contact with my hotel teams, so we won't miss out on any short term opportunities. Additionally, I keep my hotels up-to-date with brand and system updates, as well as assist with group displacement analysis, and corporate rate guidance.

Proactively solicited Social, Corporate, and Government business. Responded to RFP's and leads that come through Lanyon, go leads, hotelplanner, and idss. Successfully shifted business from competitors. Additionally, I attended relevant networking events, where I made connections to help drive more business into the hotel.

Responsible for Government, Sports, and Family Reunion business. Successfully managed to shift multiple large accounts from competitors to the Radisson. Participated in trade shows at Fort Jackson, as well as large golf tournaments to identify key players in the market.

Proactively solicited group and corporate business. Used negotiating skills to increase hotel productivity.
