- Provide mentorship and guidance to RAs- Assist RAs with brainstorming, planning, and executing these responsibilities in their own communities- Preparing duty calendar each month for their area- Be visible and available to understand the needs of the residential community better and encourage students’ personal, social, and academic development- Run monthly floor meetings and conduct frequent room drop-ins to update students on current events, developments, and concerns- Serve duty hours (office and overnight) as assigned- Mediate conflicts, work with residents to resolve problems, and aid with crisis management- Attend biweekly RA staff meetings and participate in ongoing training and staff development sessions- Have monthly check-ins with residents regarding their time at school as well as adjustments back from breaks- Host building events for residents to meet and interact with each other

Use best customer service etiquette at the desk. Answer the phone politely and greet each library visitor who approaches the desk, Do your best to make eye contact with visitors as they come in the door and approach the desk; Help the Lynn community with a variety of library-related and Lynn University- related inquiries and services; Answer directional questions about the library and the university; Help patrons with printers, iPads, scanning, copying, and faxing; Locate books and resources for patrons. Direct difficult questions to librarians.; Keep count of the questions asked.; Ensure Textbooks are in correct alphabetical order on the Textbook Reserves Shelf; Straighten and organize Course Reserves shelf (just like with the Textbook Reserves); Read the shelves on the 2nd floor. (Assigned Sections); Straighten and organize magazines, newspapers, DVDs, etc.

Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers; Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect; Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards; Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards; Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day; Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of theentire store; Provides and accepts ongoing recognition and constructive feedback; Participates in safety awareness and maintenance of a risk-free environment
