I am a Client Relationship Manager for both Private Medical Insurance and Healthcare Trust client accounts within Healix Health Services. On a day to day basis, I am the direct port of call for my clients. I provide MI and reporting data analysis, whilst also being there to escalate any operational, accounting or claims queries. Throughout the year I am involved in strategy meetings with clients to discuss renewal, as well as internally to solidify our company proposition. I have built great knowledge and relationships with the various teams within Healix Health Services and have received regular praise for my work ethic, problem-solving ability and high attention to detail. I have begun to expand my role by becoming a Subject Matter Expert in our Health and Wellbeing proposition and will be assisting the CEO, Sales Director, Head of Account Management and Key Account Director with new business and current client meetings as we develop our current strategy. Within this role I provide and receive feedback to and from our current wellbeing providers, current and prospective clients and also the internal support and executive teams.
