This role includes:- Planning the activities in accordance with required deadlines, developing and maintaining all project documentation within a variety of MS Office programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) - Ensuring effective input is gained from all key stakeholders, utilising Working Groups and Workshops to facilitate collaboration - Ensuring the project is delivered on time to the specified standards, while adhering to internal and external governance processes- Development of the tender documentation including technical specifications for a new Pathology service- Liaison with NHSE, DHSC and HMT to progress approval of the Outline Business Case- Writing and presenting regular update reports to Project and Programme Boards, with appropriate escalation as required- Risk and issue management at project and programme level- Managing a collaborative maturity matrix development and review process for submission to NSHE
