Work with industry and business leaders to determine their workforce needs. Design, develop and start-up academic workforce training programs for the community college. Grant writing, grant management for private, state, and federal grants for higher ed. and non-profits. Implement and manage facility and equipment requirements for new one and two year programs. Hire and onboard new faculty for start up programs. New programs I have developed include health care, business, network administration, culinary, cnc machining, and photonics and laser technician, and IT. Work closely with economic development entities and public officials to determine local workforce and economic growth patterns.

Maintained a case load of 50-100 clients experiencing mental health symptoms. Provided support to enable these clients to stay in the community. Services included housing, workforce training, support groups. Operated on a health care team with a Psychiatrist, RN and Social Worker. Designed and facilitated groups.
