• Draft, negotiate and manage high volume of service contracts (including PO’s, MSA/PSA’s, Subcontracts, Consulting Agreements, NDA’s and US Government contracts) for various regions within the organization as well as.
• Follow up bi-weekly/monthly to ensure the contracts are finalized and records updated correctly for future use and reference.
• Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Finance, Sales, etc. to ensure each contract remains in compliance with company standards and business requirements and that the company is contracting for commercially.
• Work with insurance provider to request certificates of insurance and ensure they correctly correspond with what was negotiated in the particular contract and that they are renewed annually as necessary.
• Oversaw transition of NDA process, including training on review process.
• Developed (with final approval from Associate General Counsel), implemented and enforce T&M (Time & Material) legal review process and thresholds

• Contract lead for all Confidentiality Agreements on a global scale, drafting, negotiating and processing over 1000 new agreements annually. Further to working on contracts, I also assist as needed with legal searches.
• Manage the non-disclosure agreements, including: preparation of draft, review of agreements with attorneys, communication with internal and external clients, and database management – tracking and organizing agreement.
• Manage the non-disclosure agreement extension/termination process, including: database management, independent communication with internal and external clients, tracking and organizing all information pertaining to.
• Advise clients with regard to which type of contract they may need for certain situations
• Maintain a professional working relationship with both inside and outside counsel to ensure effective and efficient work product
• Assist as needed in processing invoices, legal searches, and administrative duties
