I managed the Florida Medicaid Recipient Services Department. I did so well in this role and developed an in-depth understanding of Medicaid that I was quickly promoted to claims operations manager on the Florida Medicaid Account. This is where I cut my teeth in Medicaid claims operations. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS◆ In this role, I was overseeing prescription delivery services for three states spanning the Pharmacy Prior Authorization Call Center, Smart PA Rules Management and Lock-In. I also oversaw the RFP capture teams on proposal writing, costs and pricing as well preparation of client presentations.
