Facilitation of weekly peer to peer support forums for formerly incarcerated individuals and their family members.

•Assist with presentation preparation, letters and spreadsheets as required to support the work of the Executive Director•Coordinate internal meetings for members and potential members and supporters•Coordinate offsite meetings and or events by choosing venues, managing attendee notification and attendance, liaising with venue to make sure headcounts are accurate, creating and disseminating any materials needed for meeting, agendas, etc.•Manage community engagement projects by ensuring team member/supporter participation, acquisition of equipment and supplies, etc.•Assist Marketing Director with social media entries and marketing strategies
